It seems as though the tide is turning, this unanimous decision to return stream flow after seven long years coincides with the Hawaii Supreme Court case that denies the state sale of ceded lands. This decision right here will have massive statewide ramifications. It also places The emphasis on the need for a Hawaiian Constitutional Convention (not to be confused with a Hawaii STATE Con Con) to determine the next steps we as an island chain will take to ensure our own survival and way of life.
