This guy is the change we need on the council, Gladys is bought and paid for by the developers and she believes that her knowledge of community issues offsets the perilous decisions she has made about our future. She is so proud of all she has accomplished in her first two years in office why doesn't she list approval of Wailea 670 at the top of the list? Because she went against the wishes of the population... that's why. Although he may not be born and raised in Hawaii, Howden understands we need to take a holistic and realistic look at what needs to be done.
