To the business that breaks labor laws across the board at the expense of it's employees.
Underpaying the minimum wage, forcing employees to tip mananagement, double charging for health insurance, and firing staff for standing up for their rights. The dishes you serve up are rotten. Take a good hard look at your motto. You truly put the LOW in Aloha.
