...an archipelago where a company has to fight numerous court battles to operate in the ocean...
...a town once known for its "free and fun" wahine who would swim out to whaling ships naked to do their business can't have one night of costumed fun on the streets because it's historically "lewd"...
... a place where you can't dance with a beer in hand... for your own safety, presumably.
