Are the other council members that lazy? Why don't they ask any questions or put in any conditions? Don't they care about us at all? They all just sat there like bumps on a log and did nothing, well, except for Victorino, who surfed the net the entire time, unless he was yelling at someone. And they all got voted in. How dumb are we?
