Matt. Nowhere did they say, "all is good." They saod of he pays the loan back he'll be abe to vote on Dowling projects. Which is true. Correct me if I'm wrong, but he'll be making more than 18K a year as a Councilman, right? So he might be able to secure a loan to pay off Dowling.
I'm no great fan of Nishiki, but I have to agree with the last poster that you sure come across as a dude with an axe to grind, probably some rabid Don Couch supporter that cant let it go.
