He cannot give you a Safety violation ticket on private property.
But in Public parking lots he can. {Of course on the street is fair game and he will chase you down.
If someone steals your sticker then be prepared to spend the time to streighten it out and you will pay the county for it as well.
So if you see anyone before he does with an expired safety, then tell them.
BTW it is now $70. and you have to get the safety anyway .
Look for any blue stickers and of course this years with the 1 before it.
I go out of my way to advise people .
I can't imagine a young family having to spit out $70. because they forgot or don't have the extra $15. at the moment for a sticker.
With milk @$5. a gallon and they just keep raising the fees.
