TOO LARGE A BUDGET

APPARENTLY LC HAS TOO MANY EMPLOYEES AND NOT ENOUGH WORK IF THEY HAVE TO CREATE CRIME. PERHAPS THE BUDGET SAVINGS COULD BE USED TO PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT
