As a Kula farmer, it is wonderful to see what can be done with locally grown items. It is inspirational to know that the work on the land can turn into excellent cuisine, once Chef Justin get's his hands on it. He truly creates with his heart, and it shows (and tastes) on every plate.
Go, enjoy, the secret is getting out.
