The most probable future is that HC&S transitions to an energy plantation. Sugarcane is an excellent converter of sunlight and the entire plant can be made into ethanol or electricity. Using the leaves to make energy should net an extra $10 - 15 million per year, which would make even a $101 million investment a possibility.
