Akamai?

Am I the only one who read this story and thought; either Ynez left an important detail out of her story, or this "oasis in the java-deprived desert" would be far more akamai if some Hawai'i-grown coffee was on their menu. I'm sure the Seattle blend, imported from three far-flung countries, is fabulous. However, using the name Akamai, but not offering any of the amazing estate coffees grown in the islands, seems to me a bit, well, na'aupo.
