[MUSIC] Hailing from Oakland, CA., Jennifer Johns has a sound that regular folks like you and me ooze over, as well as reputable musicians, who are decidely unlike you and me. Said to be inspirational and moving, she's done shows with the likes of John Legend and De La Soul and even toured with Blackilicious. Rock on. Not only has she been singing as long as she can remember, she writes songs, performs spoken word and somehow has the energy and drive to run her own media company "pure.love."
