[EXOTIC DANCE REVUE] Stripping is rooted in an ancient Sumerian myth that a goddess went down to Hades to retrieve her lover, and at each of the seven gates, she removed one veil and one jewel. Through time, stripping has become more socially accepted and more popular. In the 1970's, the strange and somewhat unnerving transition between the era of free love and the dawn of disco birthed a new trend in male stripping. Soon it became clear that women as spectators were even more excitable and aggressive about the whole show. Yeah… surprise, surprise. In fact, female voyeurs have often been seen jumping on the stage, helping the men strip or even [insert gasp here] touching them. Let's remember, ladies—the body is a sacred temple. Actually, for these guys, the term "brick shit-house" comes to mind. But obviously, we should remember to refrain from lewd acts; just because they're strippers doesn't mean they aren't sensitive and thoughtful people who deserve respect. Ah, screw-it. Rip their damn clothes off. They're tough. They look muscley. They can protect themselves if they need to. Mwahaaaha! [HEIDI KING]
