"Mohala Mai," May's Wailuku First Friday theme (May 6, 6-8:30pm), reflects "the blooming of a new flower, a new life and the continuous evolution of Wailuku." Native Intelligence celebrates their second anniversary with an 'awa bar and mean Hawaiian grinds, plus the indigenous tunes of Ikaika Blackburn, Kamakoa Lindsey and Olahou. And street-wide entertainment includes Lily Maeola with Jarren Patao, Molten Soul and Sweet Spot. Also marking momentous Market Street occasions are Shuga Boutique Salon (formerly Wakamatsu Fish Market) and Salon 253 (formerly Elaine's Beauty Shop), who invite you to their grand opening festivities.
