Dr. Gary Greenberg, a Maui scientist and inventor, gave one of the talks presented at the January 2012 conference. The mother site, TED.com, selected that talk to be featured on its site, which is quite an accomplishment for the TEDxMaui crew. His presentation, titled "The Beautiful Nano Details of our World," uses 3D microscopes to reveal the beauty in things not visible to the naked eye.
