You haven’t really lived (on Maui at least) until you’ve been ticketed by Officer Taguma. As notorious as he is thorough, Taguma has an almost supernatural knack for being in the right (or wrong, depending on your perspective) place at the right time, fining drivers for everything from an expired safety inspection sticker to staying for 2 hours, 1 minute in a 2-hour space. We’ll leave his checkered past alone for now (if you’re interested, Google “Taguma v. Estrada”) and just say this is one cop who dives into his job with both boots. JS
this dude is a menace ill use him for target practice

Taguma is an dick and so are you guys for making me go through that stupid verification process. way to assholes, no wonder no one comments on your page.
THE REAL SAD PART ABOUT IT IS THAT THE 900 TICKETS HE WRITES A DAY ALL THAT MONEY ALL OF IF IT GOES TO THE STATE WE THE RESIDENTS OF MAUI COUNTY GET ZIP ...I WAS ALMOST A COP AS A KID TAGUMA IS A DECENT GUY AND HAS BEEN IN FOR I THINK 35 + YEARS BUT I MUST AGREE WHERE DO YOU END THE MADNESS I BELIEVE THERE IS AN INCENTIVE ATTACHED TO THEIR PAY FOR EVERY 3 TICKETS YOU WRITE YOU GET AN EXTRA HOUR ID PAY SO A 8 HOUR DAY COULD EASILY BE 9 IF HE WROTE 3 TICKETS. I KNOW WITH SEATBELTS THAT IS THE CASE . THUS THE SEATBELT TRAP AND JUST WRITING THEM TICKETS ONE AFTER THE OTHER . IF IM RIGHT WHICH IM NOT SURE I'D BE OUT THERE WRITING TICKETS LEFT AND RIGHT. A GOOD WAY TO GET OUT OF A TICKET IS TO JUST YAMMER WITH THE COP TILL HE GETS A CALL WHICH TAKES PRECEDENCE OVER THE TICKET.
Remember also, Police officers have a brotherhood kinda like being a Marine tho the Marines earn it to protect each other. Cops especially rookies Become untouchable in their minds; above the law I got a badge and a gun just a serious complex of I'm the shit and they carry this through out their lives and their careers. Kinda like these politicians and millionaires I can do whatever I want. They all have that Even the humble ones
Officer Taguma like millions of others are lost souls in darkness who have been under Satan's control. Jesus Christ can turn anyone's life around. God turns the stony heart into a fleshy one again. He also puts love and compassion in everyone who asks for it. Officer Taguma needs the Lord to turn his life around. The first step is he must surrender his pride and come to the Lord and ask God to come into his life and be his Lord and Savior. He must also ask God to forgive his past sins and wash him clean. If he does, God will save him from everlasting torment in Hell. He won't be giving tickets in Hell but will be getting tormented by Satan's Demon's forever. Time is running out for Taguma. There is still time for him to receive the Lord. Jesus is the Truth, The Life, and The Way. If Taguma comes to the Lord and gets Saved and Born again, he will know the Truth and it will set him free. Free from the bondage of Satan which has been on him since birth. Amen.
