When in need of a Mexican food fix, Maui Time readers head to Amigo’s. We are creatures of convenience and with locations in Kihei, Kahului and Lahaina you don’t have to go far to find them. My favorite item is the burrito al pastor, served traditional style with cilantro and onions. They make it fast and authentic.
