Unit B-201, Wailea, HI 96753 Phone: 808-891-2322 Website: http://www.monkeypodkitchen.com Beer and pie sounds like a weird combination, but at Monkeypod Kitchen they work beautifully together to make the newest of Peter Merriman’s concept restaurants successful. Thirty-six beers on tap, served over an amazing handcrafted bar and with foods created with sustainability in mind, the restaurant is both contemporary and island-style. Their homemade pies are spectacular, but sadly seasonal.
Had yet another few spectacular fresh mouthwatering meals at Monkeypod Maui. The fish was flaky fresh , the meat juicy and just awesome. The portions , so correctly calculated you never feel awful or stuffed after the meal, just sooo happy to have had the joy of eating those combination of flavors and sharing in the genius of Chef Merriman for a while .....until the next time you return!
