Papa’s Three Fish Sashimi is just one way to enjoy this exquisite display at Mama’s: each fish has its own special sea salt treatment and garnishes--the Uku comes with coconut chili and Molokai Pink Salt and the Ahi has star anise daikon and kukui nut salt, to name two out of the three. Their fish entrees on the menu names the fishermen who proudly brought in your fish and explains where they caught it. There is nothing fishy about the way Mama’s Fish House approaches a meal. They use only the freshest ingredients, and presentation is always magnificent.
