It’s a highlight here at Kobe where the dark smoky interior reminds me of beloved Tokyo eateries. Your meal isn’t complete without the ching ching of the teppan chefs chopping food on the grill top in front of you and then tossing your food here and there while it’s on fire. It’s quite a show.
