Maui loves Chef James, and voted him Best Chef this year. His work is prolific, with a part in Pacific’o and I’o Restaurants, O’o Farms, Feast at Lele and Aina Gourmet Market. James finds inspiration working with locally grown ingredients from O’o farm, seafood from our ocean and many other fine foods. McDonald pushes the envelope in the culinary industry, and we like that.
