Located in the empty lot on Market Street in Wailuku, Island Tacos offers huge tacos with a choice of chicken, beef, fish, or pork chunks and a mix of sweet cabbage, red beans, cheese, salsa and sliced jalapenos topped with one of the many sauces available, all stuffed into a tortilla big enough to wrap a burrito. The menu is also expanding to include hot dogs, chicken and beef kabobs, and whatever else owner Chuck Harron decides to conjure up.
