Go on an educational journey through the Polynesian islands with the Hyatt’s Drums of the Pacific Luau. Guests are treated to an imu ceremony in which the main dish of the night, kalua pig, is unveiled. Also on the schedule are shell lei and drink greeting, Hawaiian music and dances, a torch-lighting ceremony, as well as a Polynesian fashion show to go alongside the all-you-can-eat luau buffet. A glimpse at the menu includes huli-huli chicken, mahi-mahi, Polynesian rice, Pacific ahi poke, and macadamia nut luau cream pie. A great atmosphere for the entire family, the Drums of the Pacific will definitely be an unforgettable experience for all.
I won't be returning to a luau. This one was fine. However, the food & entertainment just aren't worth the price to me. However, I'm happy with Costco if that helps understand my comment. =)
