This all but hidden gem, located in beautiful downtown Ulupalakua--right across the street from that place that rents the ATVs--is the best place on Maui to satisfy your elk burger craving. You read that right. But keep in mind--their elk is from local herds, and sometimes they can be out for months. So you might want to call ahead to assess elk availability. Of course, their sandwiches and regular beef burgers are delicious, too, but it's elk! Who doesn't like elk?
