Maui Brew Fest and Ebb And Flow Festival and John Mayall and Mishka

May 15, 2013
Marina Satoafaiga
THURSDAY, MAY 16

JOHN MAYALL & KIM SIMMONDS — John Mayall and Kim Simmonds will transport you to the era of British Blues this Thursday. Known to most as the "Godfather of British Blues," Mayall introduced the world to the Bluesbreakers, whose members included Eric Clapton, Peter Green and Mick Taylor. Following a break, Mayall was called back to make music. Opening the evening with an acoustic set will be Savoy Brown founder Kim Simmonds. Between sets, guests will be able to bid for autographed instruments, with proceeds benefiting Hawaii Lifeguard Association’s Jr. Lifeguard program.
