[FILM, FOOD, MUSIC] This free, outdoor, under-the-stars festival features no less than nine award-winning Polynesian films, live music and food booths. Movies include: The Land Has Eyes, Wa’a Ho’olaule’a (Festival of Canoes), Rolling Down Like Pele, Ipo Le Manu, Dreams of a Pagan Tattooed Savage, Fishbowl Project, The Red Hibiscus, Ki Ho’alu, Keola Beamer (Paniolo Version) and Passing the Gift: Malama Honokowai. Live music by 2006 Grammy-winning George Kahumoku, Kipe Ebana, Atu, 2006 Hoku Lifetime Achievement honoree Herb Ohta-San, Kristen Toda & Po’okela Wood, Tony Gamble, Zenshin Daiko Taiko Drummers, and Uncle “Boy” Kanae as Master of Ceremonies.
