[ROCK/POP] When I went to work on Friday, I asked two of my colleagues what their favorite Billy Joel song is. It became the topic of discussion—and this week’s staff box question. I always put entirely too much thought into my answers, but I just don’t want to put something out there that isn’t true. So, in order to do some research, I went to iTunes and looked up Billy Joel. I was sort of looking for the “River of Dreams” song, but what I found was way better! I forgot how many of Billy’s songs I completely adore; “Uptown Girl” is a classic, but “Longest Time” and “Still Rock ‘n Roll” are fun, sing-song bricks in the building of my adolescence. Joel has been creating music for over 30 years. Isn’t that the definition of legendary? A&B Amphitheater is located in the Maui Arts & Cultural Center. Tickets: $82.
