[JAZZ] New York Minute will be playing rock, jazz and R&B. The band members are all-stars... Like, super big time musical hotshots. Here’s the line-up: Randy Brecker on the trumpet—he’s a 13-time Grammy nominee and four-time winner who’s performed and recorded with George Benson, James Brown, James Taylor, Bruce Springsteen and more. Bassist Tony Levin’s performed with Peter Gabriel, Paul Simon and Pink Floyd; drummer Steve Ferrone’s from Tom Petty’s band; guitarist Joe Caro’s from Carly Simon and Blue Oyster Cult; George Whitty’s played keys for Dave Matthews and Santana; along with saxophonist Ada Rovatti.
