- Hawaii Medical Assurance Association (HMAA) CEO John Henry Felix, in a February 11 release announcing HMAA’s buy-out of rival Summerlin Life. If approved, the deal will almost double the size of HMAA and reduce the number of insurance providers in Hawaii to four
