If you haven’t heard about this restaurant before it’s probably because, interestingly enough, they don’t advertise. However, don’t let that mislead you because the sushi and service here is awesome. Owner Akira Watanabe provides fast, friendly service to go along with generous portions. Try their warm unagi roll, composed of eel and cucumber atop a rice block, or their hokkigai, or surf clam. Also on the menu are soups and desserts. If you happen to be there after 9pm, be ready to belt out some notes because that’s karaoke time.
