Chronic headaches and breathing difficulties

The burning happens regardless of the horrible health hazards it presents and the HC and S burns without regard to wind or lack of wind. In North Kihei, we cannot get away from it. We are ill all the time with debilitating headaches and even nausea. Why isn't there a law suit?? How can this be happening? Please help us?
