Yes. The property has been on the market for longer than the “six or seven months” it has been listed with Commercial Properties of Maui, LLC. Indeed (as the photo you linked to indicates), at least since October 2007, with CB Richard Ellis (CBRE).

Including that morsel of information was something I'd grappled with, before deciding to self-edit and stow it away with the numerous nuggets that also went unused. Not to mention a couple tidbits that hit the cutting room floor, due to space constraints (see my quickie blog post at: http://mauifeed.com/featured/chee-kung-tong-society-building-extras/).
