The boater's behavior was about as mature as an 11 year old making faces behind his teacher's back. So "pono" means going out of your way to inconvenience others, and laughing at them, does it? Wow. very immature. Very Hawaiian. I think the kanaka race as a whole has a lot of growing up to do.
