IncrediMail is not an unknown company (?), you should be careful what you say because it makes us on Hawaii look bad. They are a public company on NASDAQ and wrote off the ARS to be cautious and at the advice E&Y. They also were able to sell the ARS back to ML after another quarter and got all the money back minus $100k in legal fees. This is actually good news for the county and completely the opposite from your analysis
