milagros food is pretty good...and i really like their margaritas... the thing is that they have a happy hour, but you cannot get happy hour prices depending on where you are seated?!! the place is so small, its not really like you have a choice where you sit! also they could really use some nicer staff....the waitresses have been super rude any time i have been there.
