That Driver should read the State of Hawaii Traffic Laws asap!

That Driver & maybe others ,should read the State of Hawaii Traffic Laws!
Because if a Driver makes a left turn or right turn & cuts off Drivers headed
in the other direction,that Driver is in the wrong! This issue came up after a
van cut Me off in Honolulu in 77,& I hit it,the Driver lost in Court,& His Insurance
paid the blue book value for My car,800.00! Even if I was speeding,which I was,
I'm still in the right!
