I'm not sure why everyone assumes that when Mufi's train contracts are executed they will necessarily be fulfilled with local labor. I could be off base on this, but 43 undocumented workers were found in Honolulu, they had no trouble getting through TSA. But even for documented workers, why would they not be brought in from the Continent to avoid Hawaii's high labor costs?
