Right, when someone rents a property, they don't have any responsibility, just rights and privileges. Never mind the Landlord-Tenant Code. Never mind the rental agreement. Never mind the individual's responsibility to the law and the people around him for his own actions. Any problem a tenant causes a landlord, means the landlord is not "pono"
