OK..so the landlord is saying that he rented to someone who held peyote ceremonies--that is, gathered people together to get them zonked on psychedelics--and then the landlord got his nose out of joint because this guy grew some pot and generally acted like a degraded drug user. Hmmmm...white man speak with forked tongue
