Tavares is fighting tooth and nail to keep violating the clean water act and dump un-disinfected sewage into the ocean near Kanaha. We're getting MRSA staph infections while Tavares pays money to "discuss" this. But no plans and she totally dropped the ball when the stimulus money came because she was caught flat-footed without any plans.

I talked to Sol and he is going to take action on this -- rather than endlessly talking about it while the department stonewalls.
