Silva Family = LC

Why doesn't the LC have some system of checks and balances? This seems so unlawful that they can, in fact one night go into a bar and shut them down. It seems ruthless. Who are they some old guys (Silva Family) who know nothing about the maui community, deciding who stays and goes. Lingle needs to check into this. Everyones just too afraid, stand up what for what is right maui!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Frik the SILVA FAMILY
