That is awesome that you got your stuff back. There's alot of people out there that know someone would have to go through hell to get all that taken care of, if it were truly lost. New drivers license, credit cards, etc. So when they return the lost item, the good will come back to them two fold. It's just the way it is. They feel better about themselves, and that's all that matters, they don't need validation by having their name in the paper for doing good.
