so many restaurants, but no where to eat.

This is just par for the course. Maui has so many restaurants but no where to eat. Everyone is complaining about no one going out to eat anymore, well what would you expect when all we offer is over priced food and low quality. I would rather cook myself a rack of ribs at home on the barbie with a nice bottle of wine and some friends over then spend the kind of prices we are forced to spend for a plate that might just come out with someones ass finger touching it. I usually go out and spend a ton of money at a nice place only to end up ordering pizza after because my stomach is still growling. Here is some advice people. for the price and the quality, try gabys, vinnys, dantes in the cannery, aloha mix plate, da kitchen and my favorite, cool cats. Good food and great prices and usually a friendly staff if no one is hung over. and for the peeps with richer taste lets see, basil and tomato, hula grill, ruth chris, and lahaina grill (the old david pauls with a new name) Not to many for so many. good luck.
This new place over in kihei. One major problem, can you say the triangle. Hard to enjoy a nice meal when they are filming an episode of cops outside
