Well Mr. Sythes its refreshing to hear that you want to make drinks the way customers want them. It is next to impossible to get a good Long Island Iced Tea on Maui. I always tell them light on the sour mix and what do they do dilute the whole drink with sour mix...burns the back of your throat. And boy do I get stink eye and attitude because the bartender is all proud of himself and asks me if its better and I say no. Drinks are very expensive so I want it to taste like it has liquor in it!!! I don't like paying 10.00 for lemonade!!! There is a place in Paia that they even tell me that they don't put sour mix in it!! Well o.k. ease up on the sqeezed lemon/lime!!!! Hope to make it over to your bar, your concoctions sound good!!!!
