At the mayoral forum in Wailuku, Hodges described himself as a "democrat." He then proceeded to talk about all the things a Tea Party member desires, smaller government, etc. Ever notice that Hodges and Willoughby's signs are put up on public property throughout the island? It's kind of ironic, seeing how they would privatize all public parks. Hodges is not a Democrat.
