Don't mix her up with Mary Cochran who is running against Kai Nishiki. Mary is the School Board person who presided over school furloughs. She's another one who is trying to position herself as "green" when she calls people who want to preserve ocean access, etc. "Tree-huggers"

So Elle Cochran = the GOOD Cochran
Mary Cochran = the BAD Cochran

Don't get mixed up because they are both running for council - no relation AT ALL!!!
