Slam Right

Maui Slam is NOT the only monthly slam on Maui. Aloha Slam, held at Gallerie Ha in Wailuku, happens monthly at 8:00 at the tail end of the Wailuku First Friday Block Party. And it's for youth as well as adults. And Slam on Maui was started by Pat Masumoto (note spelling is not Matsumoto) back in 2001 at Gallerie Ha, and then handed over to Dave and Chela Coennen because Pat wanted to compete. She went on to compete nationally in 2008 after winning top scores on Maui, same as Mountain did this year. Please consider doing a "correction." Thanks!
