Anyone else notice that the Tea Party candidates are putting there signs on public grounds? The Department of Transportation (which the Teabaggers are against) has many of their signs too. Hodges, Seibert, White, Willoughby, and Gapero all should face ethics charges for having their signs on public property. It is against the rules
