Has it really come to this? Where LC officials can literally sit on their butts, reading newspapers and look for violations in write ups about reputable establishments with no prior violations? They even admitted that their only evidence was the article in Maui News. No LC officer observed any violation, because they were never in the establishment, but rather in their cozy office sipping coffee & reading the newspaper! They felt compelled by the article to send an official to serve a citation 8 days later. Watch out fellow establishments, LC is "working hard" or rather "reading hard" to catch you!!
