"GIVE A HOOT!!! DON'T POLLUTE" this saying was all over our elementary schools when we started our anti litter laws in Oregon, It really stuck with the kids...How about a few highway signs promoting anti litter ina positive way??? like Please ! dont litter our beautiful highways, Mahalo
